Effect Of Leadership Style On Working Culture And Employees Motivation

چکیده

Based on a recent call for further research. This study is expected to quantify the impact of rational-legal, traditional, charismatic leadership style employee's motivation and working culture. Using survey method data was collected from 215 employees, 15 leaders. The underpinning objective current test theory. response rate observed by 55% using simple random sampling technique. findings indicate positive significant role leaders culture employee’s motivation. Results show that study's five variables had played role, results have some practical implications Employees, Leaders, HRM departments, organizations.
